Very utilitarian, no frills, place to stay. Room was small but clean, mattresses a bit broken down. Nothing fresh in the breakfast bar, except for the waffles and coffee. But, price was good and staff is very nice. Will likely stay again.

I didn’t know there were so many homeless people there. They invade the breakfast area they don’t put on clothes they come down in their pajamas and they literally take everything. I’m not against helping homeless people out but I’m a paying customer. Never going to stay here again.

Front desk very friendly! Location was great. Not far from boardwalk close to restaurants and outlets. Rooms a little dated but clean. Breakfast area was kept so clean by the women taking care of it! Always stocked and she was so nice!!

The room was not clean. The bed cover had blood stains on it, the desk chair was very dirty and the bathroom toilet was loose and wobbly. But all the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful especially Bobbie.

People nice and friendly! Nice and claro. Caring. Nice breakfast every morning. Fresh warm waffles are the best! 100% fresh fruit juices. Coffee and tea are free 24/7!! My dog and I had great stay at this hotel! 15min away from the rehoboth beach main area, 10 min from state park. There are wonderful beaches!
