Pay to self park but each night we had to battle to find a place to park, ended up parking along the curb near entrance. Parking lot appeared to have a lot of fleet rental cars taking up spaces.

Expected so much more from this hotel! The “restaurant” is just food they warm up from the front desk. We expected to be able to wind down with a drink and dinner in the hotel before an early morning flight and ended up having to walk under the freeway to find some place to eat. It’s okay but no better than your run of the mill Best Western.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Was not thrilled with the additional cost for parking during our stay. Fridge did not work. Door to bathroom was tight and loud and would not close properly. Elevator jumped. Beds were comfortable and clean and room hade needed space and amenities

Air conditioning needs an upgrade but otherwise pleasant hotel. Not a particularly good value for the money -- ~800$ for two nights in Reno? in a non-ski season?

This place is great, the staff was great (I think the front desk clerk's name was "Tii," I'm not positive ---- but she was super friendly while I was working out the details of my reservation. The room was great. Thank you so much for helping me out during a spur of the moment hotel change during my visit. The airport shuttle in the morning was an excellent perk and the driver was super friendly. A great experience, and I will be staying here for my future visits to Reno (kids attend school here). I ordered pizza from Pizza Guys and it was delicious. Thank you so much for all your help,

The hotel was cery clean and hospitable. They provide aurport pickups on request which was really helpful along with the olace being only 5 mins away from the airport, it was quite convenient for the overnight stay to start our journey towards lake tahoe. The staff was also quite receptive and welcoming. King suite rooms had cozy bed and were well amenated. Breakfast was also pretty good.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. We had difficulty reaching the front desk to get a shuttle from the airport. We were on hold for 15-20 minutes and then had to call back because no one came to get us. It was frustrating.
