Property convenient to airport. Park & flying is a great asset. Unfortunately, shuttle was unavailable to pick us up on our return flight & we had to get a cab to get us back to our car.

It was fine. I needed a place on short notice and the location was convenient enough. The hotel does look a little dated inside, but the room was nice enough. One of the elevators was out, which made it inconvenient for me given where my room was and one floor had some kind of roof issue that was blocking part of the hallway. Staff was nice though, but I wasn't able to take advantage of any ammenties on the property so can't comment on anything beyond my room and what I walked past.

The place was real dirty and the noise from the ice machine was horrible. Cant believe they can rent a place like that

Room and furniture needed an update, especially the handicapped shower. Couldn't get shower to work in the morning. Staff said they were finicky and you had to pull out really hard on knob. We had pulled as hard as we could without fear of breaking it. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent.

The room was adequate and hotel check in stafff was friendly. Do not stay on a Friday or Saturday without calling to see if they have rented out their banquet room for a large, extremely loud party that spilled into the hallways and the lobby, until after midnight. There was no notice when we checked in.

We like to stay here due to convenience, easy parking, restaurant, close to shopping near airport and casinos... rooms are good size, Price is Fair. Property is "AGING"...could use a "REFRESHER". Our room (this Time)...reeked of Old cigarette smoke...Carpet probably Enhances that. I suggested "PAINT AND LINOLEUM FLOORING".

booked to have a hotel room next to Reno airport for an early flight but at 3:30 am went to showe nd the shower faucet did not function at all. I was forced to travel all day without a shower that morning for an early flight. front desk told me when I checked out there could do NOTHING for me in the way of a refund. will NEVER book a room here again.
