We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff especially at the front desk was friendly, helpful and caring. The hotel was conveniently located and very pleasant to be at. We hope to return!

The room was clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful especially Farrukh. The continental breakfast had many options. Centrally located so it was easy to walk to restaurants, shops and tour bus pick up stops. I would stay here again.

Farouk and the rest of the staff were awesome! We stayed at two different Center Hotels and both were comfortable, clean and conveniently located right in the heart of Reykjavik. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay to explore the city on foot and is a quick walk to the pickup for bus tours. It is a bit of a walk from the bus station to/from the airport, but certainly doable. Great staff, nice room. I would return.

I liked the location. The hotel itself had decent sized rooms and modern bathrooms. The staff was very lovely and helpful. The breakfast were certainly sufficient and offered a variety of choices.

On the receptionist desk, there’s a sign board “we love chat.” It makes it easy for all the guests to ask questions about possible day tours etc. to the receptionists. I see all the receptionists were passionate in giving supports for tourists and exchanging friendly chat with all the guests. I believe all these excellent staffs’ attitudes are adding value to this hotel significantly.

I had a really good stay at Center Hotels Klopp. The location is perfect (right in the middle of everything), so I could walk to all the sights, restaurants, and shops without any hassle. The staff were all super friendly and helpful; from the receptionists giving me restaurant tips and helping with my airport transfer, to the cleaners who kept my room tidy. The rooms are a bit basic and could use some updating, but they were comfy and very clean, which was what mattered most to me after a long day out. I asked for a quiet room, and while I did get one on the 2nd floor, it was a bit close to the Irish Pub next door, so it got a little noisy at night. Earplugs did the trick for me, so it wasn’t a big deal, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Breakfast was decent, lots of good bread choices, which I loved! I was hoping for a few hot options and maybe something a bit more local, but that’s just a minor thing. Overall, I found the hotel to be really good value for the price, and I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Reykjavik.

The hotel receptionists were friendly and very helpful. Our room (on the backside) was small but adequate. Clean and quiet. The elevator was much appreciated to get our luggage easily to our room. The location is excellent. Near restaurants, small grocery stores, and short walking distance to bus stops. Very good breakfast selections but occasionally a little crowded because of small area. Enjoyed our stay very much.

I was on the first floor at street level. It was very noisy. There is an Irish restaurant right across the street. They played loud music until 1am on Thursday and 3am on Friday. Made it very hard to sleep. Breakfast buffet was decent.

We’ve had an amazing time in Iceland! Staying at this hotel made everything so much fun! We could walk around the area and see so many different shops, restaurants, etc. The staff were very friendly and helped us find the best places to visit and eat. We highly recommend!!
