The positives: huge rooms with lots of space and places to sleep. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was free and good. The negatives: the huge train behind the hotel you hear every hour. Pool is super small and not heated.

Front desk staff was absolutely distasteful. Only one young lady was friendly and proper. The hotel was beautiful and clean but they over charged my card for additional nights and did not have any customer service skills.

we were warned that a train ran behind the hotel, and that was no problem, but i have a suggestion. our king room had a little desk area with 3 panels of frosted glass which overlapped a little. that was the only thing that vibrated and made a rattling noise when the train passed by, it was very annoying and a very easy fix for the hotel.
