2nd stay here. Friendly reception. Last year they were remodeling. All finished and really nice clean inviting place. Very dog friendly with a nice place to take them without bothering the other guests. Will stay here again.
I’ve been to hotels all around the country and this one actually has a smart tv—a smart tv that actually works as it should!
I also like how upgraded the place is. It’s really clean and I seen that they had a pool! The bedroom was nice it had an industrial modern look to it.

Overall the room was nice. I can tell that the cleaning staff do a good job. My only few complaints are that our room wasn’t supplied with body wash in the shower, and that the complimentary breakfast seemed lackluster at best. All 3 adults had to shower with hand soap that was by the sink in the bathroom. I really look forward to the luxurious showers with the soaps that only Best Western seems to carry. In regard to the breakfast, there just didn’t seem to be many options for food like the other Best Western’s I’ve visited in the past. The scrambled eggs were really good but the only meat option was sausage links and the butter in the fridge was frozen and couldn’t be used on toast. There was only 2 beverage options and no individual servings for milk which would’ve been great. Overall, I think this hotel was good and I’d come back but I’d definitely hope to see change and have a better experience!
Room was nice and all but my girlfriend and drove in and got there about 2:15ish am and we waited for a little bit and no one came up to check us in. There was no sign stating the gentleman was away and that he would be back soon. I went around knocking on the employee only doors and went outside and still couldn’t find the guy working. We have been there well over 30 minutes now waiting to be checked in and I’m getting upset because I’m tired and it’s almost 3am and we have to drive 14 hours back home the next day. So we decided to call the phone for the hotel and no one picked up. About 45 minutes in we call Best western support and they try calling the hotel and no one picks up then they tell us they will try to get ahold a manager so they can call someone or come up there then a couple minutes later the guy walks in from being out behind the hotel through a far door to outside then walks all the way up to the front and ask if we were there to check in, then said sorry he wasn’t expecting anyone mind you that we had a reservation for a room and had been up there for over 45 minutes now and he didn’t care. He saw that we were from Texas and was like wow that’s a long drive and trying to talk small talk like we didn’t wait for 45 minutes while he was doing whatever at the back of the hotel. If I didn’t already pay for the room I would have gone somewhere else. I was very frustrated with my stay and that ruined the whole night. I would love compensation for my troubles.
The property and staff were great and the breakfast was quite good. There was one annoyance, a continuously blowing exhaust fan in the bathroom. Everything else was great
