Overall it was ok. They didn’t make the bed. When we asked the desk we were told that we should have requested it to be made. Never heard of that before.

We pulled in off the highway after driving 12 hrs. Got a room within 15 minutes. Everyone was very clean. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The morning breakfast was very good. My only issue is the door to our room was very hard to push open. I let the front desk know.

Great travel hotel!

Coincidentally, we stayed at the same hotel on our way home. It was a good experience the first time and well worth the repeat stay. But where were the cookies???

there were alot of big trailers and trucks parked in the property lot making all kinds of noises late night and eraly morning. Internet access was not working and had to waste my time calling their tech support to get my work laptop connected. I am on a business and expect wifi access to work. Will not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn and Suites in Ashland VA. This hotel is our go to hotel when visiting our college student at RMC. Thank you for keeping this hotel in such great condition as the suites are very comfortable which is the reason this our preferred stay.
