Just a couple miles from Short Pump Town Center. Less than 20 minutes from University of Richmond, and the convention center. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Duncan and Tiffany were very welcoming and quick to answer questions and address needs. Slight road traffic noise in rooms at the back of the property may bother some who are light sleepers so let staff know at check-in. Nice complimentary breakfast.

Front Desk Short Staffed

Nice property, good location near food options. Clean and welcomes pets. Only issue was we waited for front desk staff to show up for nearly 15 minutes. She was helping a guest on one of the floors. Only had one staff on that evening when checking in.

Guests who have pets shouldn’t have other hotel guests on either side of their rooms unless the non-pet owning guest agrees to be next to a room with a pet. We experienced a barking dog when it was left alone and the owner went to dinner.
