We are a group of nine 1-bedroom apartments inside a newly built thirty 1-bedroom apartment building (August, 2024). The nine units are designated as tourist homes licensed by the city of Richmond. It's off I-64 exit 193a, in a quiet and upcoming new development residential area. A short walk to the newly built Bon Secour Hospital Complex, it is less than 2 miles drive to the Richmond downtown area, home to many museums, events and conferences, and of course, popular restaurants and bars.

The building was extremely run down and felt unsafe with the lack of lights in the common areas and parking lot at night. Communal laundry was broken at the time as well as the elevators. I reached out to the host management company for reconciliation with no response.

Easily accessible location with tons of restaurants and shops near by. Parking is a little challenging, and I wouldn't suggest you use this for 4 adults. The pullout couch provided is suitable for one adult, or 2 smaill children.
The seat cushion folds over, and you have to place pillows under it to make it semi-usable as a sleeping arrangement for 2. Perfectly comfortable for 1 adult, or 2 small chdren.
