Terrible?After making your reservation for ONE PERSON, you had at least 5 staying in your room. When asked if you had any pets, you said no ... Cats ARE pets, which you had one of.Terrible?However you asked about staying two additional nights?Just curious, if it was so terrible, why would you request staying over?

As we stated MULTIPLE times, YOU made your reservation through Expedia, YOU paid Expedia, Expedia has your money, we don't. Your Expedia reservation was NON-refundable, NON-modification able, and NON-cancellable. You were a no show on the first day, called the second day and wanted to cancel. Your issue is NOT with us, your issue is with Expedia. In the future I suggest you don't do a prepaid reservation in case of this happening once again.

The service was great. The property is definitely dated. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
