Spacious 2 bedroom oceanfront apartment

Enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom oceanfront apartment. It is the perfect place to enjoy your time in Mexico! The apartment is on the second floor of a private villa with incredible views of the ocean from the sitting area, eating area , kitchen and the large private balcony. Both bedrooms have a king bed and their own bathroom and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. A gas grill is provided on the balcony. Even though water comes from our own private well, but we also provide bottled water for your use. Housekeeping is provided weekly for stays of a week or longer.
The ocean is a few steps away through our beach gate. Enjoy sitting on the beach or sitting under our private palapa which is a few feet from the shoreline. We provide sun umbrellas, beach towels and beach chairs for your use. We also have two kayaks and a paddle board for guests to use. The property’s heated pool is a great place to relax, swim, and to experience the incredible sunsets that this area has to offer.
Our villa is situated in a residential area between two small towns that are each a 15-20 min walk away. They offer a variety of restaurants and food markets. Pickle ball and tennis courts are a 7 min walk away.
This apartment is one of the largest units in a private gated two villa and guesthouse property that are also for rent.
With the new road, we are less than an hour from the Puerto Vallarta airport.

The Best

The best place I have ever stayed at in Mexico! It was peaceful and very private. I appreciated the gated parking. The onsite manager, Delores was very kind as well. The housekeeper and the whole staff were kind. You can’t beat the hammocks and being able to walk to the beach. I’m looking forward to booking my next Mexico vacation here. My friend had never been to Mexico and he was really pleased.

Welcome the best of Mexico

all positive! walking distance via beach to all shops, and cafes, pickle ball , walking location, very fun and welcoming staff, made us feel valued as friends and tourist to their Country. We have planed our return for next year Jack & Lorna Kelowna BC Canada.. P.S.The Linens, and towels were of high quality, the decor was colorful, inviting, with the charm of beautiful Mexico....

Endless Sunsets

This is our 2nd time staying at this lovely slice of paradise. The accommodations are top notch. The location is nestled in a community that is perfectly placed on the beach between 2 towns-each a short walk to restaurants & shopping. Our 2nd fl. apartment was spotless & the beds, pillows & linens were super comfy. We swam in the pool, lounged on the beach & kayaked/paddleboarded to the small island across the bay numerous times. The view and sunsets from the veranda are stunning, and the grounds are kept immaculate. Property manager was onsite for any concerns, although we had none. Communication with the owners was fast and easy, & we even had the opportunity to meet them this trip! We will be back.

Beautiful place! Lovely area to stay!

There are 5 separate place for people to rent here, and they are all lovely. We think ours was the best :) The whole front opens up, and we sat out on the lounge chairs for hours every day. Having the elevated pool is amazing, as you can see a long ways from it (it's a little chilly, but tolerable). The beach is very nice in this area, and the water was really warm this year. For perspective, this place is about 400 yards from the jetty by La Penita. The drawback is a further walk to the store or restaurants, but the positive is it is normally a lot quieter (ok, the yappy dog next door was terrible, but that's not normal). The place is very clean, very well built, and very well maintained. Delores was great when we had questions, and any issues were resolved very quickly. We would definitely stay again, hopefully for a lot longer next time!
