Nao e ruim, mas tem que melora.

Apartamento bom, bairro excelente, perto de tudo. O que decepcionou foi a limpeza, tivemos que limpar ventiladores, geladeira cheia de agua do descongelamento, cantos encardidos. O ar condicionado estava muito, mas muito sujo mesmo e o barulho era ensurdecedor, quase nao dava para usar. Chamamos o pessoal do apoio da locadora e eles prontamente foram trocar o filtro do ar condicionado. Os colchoes eram de ma qualidade, mas passaveis, ja o sofa-cama era muito ruim.
