O primeiro atendimento não-interrupção foi dos melhores, deixando a desejar um pouco na receptividade, area externa da piscina bem cheia de folhas e galhos, falaram q podiamos pedir drinks na piscina mas ninguem atendia, tinhamos q sair da piscina e subir até a recepção, fora esse atendimento inicial o quarto foi mto bom, tinha problema no wifi, mas o atendimento e a comida do restaurante e café da manhã maravilhosos. Uma surpresa maravilhosa foi a cantora, simplesmente maravilhosa. Voltaremos.

Quarto liberado após o horário de checkin

A pousada é linda e aconchegante. Minha única reclamação é em relação ao horário do checkin, que é às 15h. Meu casamento era às 16h em um local ao lado e meu noivo foi se arrumar na pousada, eu havia pedido para fazer o checkin antecipado e eles falaram que iriam verificar mas que provavelmente abririam uma exceção, além de não abrirem ainda liberaram o quarto às 15h10. Não é razoável que o checkout sendo às 12h o quarto não seja limpo em menos tempo que isso, pode parecer pouco, mas para uma pessoa que se arruma para o próprio casamento não é.
