Lovely hotel and staff

Lovely hotel with superb staff who really look after their customers. Beach location (and chairs on beach) was perfect. Breakfast was very good and the rooftop is lovely. Would recommend if you are looking for a beach location in Rio!

We stayed here 2 years ago and we had a wonderful time . This time, it did not feel as good . The staff generally appeared less attentive - reception staff very rarely acknowledged or greeted you when you came into reception lobby, the rooftop bar staff were again not very attentive and at times even disgruntled to be serving us . Which is a shame as the hotel has the potential to be something amazing . 2 years ago it had that buzz and it was a really lovely place to stay. This time we were sorely disappointed

The staff is beyond amazing. The service provided was outstanding. The room was nice, good space and clean. The area outside was like any other, a big touristy city, but enjoyable. The buffet was nice, a big selection of many items. I would stay here again.

This is is excellent hotel. Employees are top notch. Reasonable pricing on food and drinks. Centrally located by the beach. Would definitely recommend. The only complaint, theres no spacious area to sit and relac if the weathers bad.

The staff are just excellent! Warm greetings from the moment you arrive and so many nice touches to make the stay memorable. Kind and professional staff, excellent breakfast with an amazing view, nice rooftop pool and bar, everyone was so accommodating and the rooms are spacious. The first room I had was a bit dated, could use updating especially the bathroom fixtures, but the staff gladly moved me to a nicer room on a higher floor which made a big difference. Will stay here again, perfect location to explore Copacabana!

Very conveniently located to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. Hotel facilities are very good. We had a bad experience during checkin with one of the checkin staff but other staff members handled the matter well. The rest of the stay was very pleasant.
