Villa Nemo, Liguria, perfect sea view and private pool, 5 minutes to the beach

Villa Nemo is a sea-facing villa with large terraces, an infinity edge pool, a garden and a large fruit orchard, all to the exclusive use of the guests (the whole house is booked to only one family or group).
Every room faces south and both the master bedroom and the main living area have direct access to the terraces.
The main terrace is shaded by two retractable awnings, perfect for lunches in the sun. Two large bathrooms, one ensuite with the master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, a flat-screen tv in the main hall and free wifi.
All stairs have child-safe gates and all terraces are fully fenced.
Parking places are within the walls of the villa and accessed through a remote-controlled gate. Slow charging of electric vehicles is possible.
Please note that, being situated on a hill-side, the access to the villa is through a relatively steep road branching from the Via Aurelia. Anyone can make the walk to the beach and back to the house, but it of course requires some light effort on the uphill.

Stunning Villa with Spectacular Views and Prime Location!

We were thrilled with our stay at this villa! The panoramic views were breathtaking and the property was immaculately kept. Its strategic location allowed us to easily explore local towns and natural attractions. The amenities, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy outdoor spaces, added to our comfort. The host was attentive and helpful, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience. Highly recommended for a beautiful and convenient getaway. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful and peaceful holidays

Our family of four stayed for 9 nights at this lovely house. Very nice ambience, quiet place with a lovely view of Riva Ligure. The pool is very good with its beautifull view of the ocean! It's really a place to relax, to be in peace, since we had it only for us. In my opinion, the fact that it is a private house is a very important thing that distinguishes this house from other types of places (like hostels and hotels), since it allows you to have more privacy. So I hope it stays that way, so the house doesn't loose its charm. The owner was always very attentive and kind, and the lady who took us to the house was also very kind and helpful. The only negative point for us was the access to the house, since the road that led to the entrance was very narrow and steep, so you need a good car to get there. We only tried the first entrance (which was lower), because the higher one with the automatic gate was almost impossible to reach. In a nutshell, we certainly recommend this house and we hope to come back if it stays with the same characteristics as we found it (quiet house for one family with the private pool).

Super Pool. Super Aussenanlage. Haus innen und Möbiliar aussen diverse MÀngel. Nichts gravierendes, aber halt trotzdem auffallend. Anfahrt sehr steil und schmal. Mit grossen Autos braucht es routinierte Fahrer. Preis/Leistung stimmt aber, daher alles in Allem tip top.

Best place – best Villa Nemo

Wir haben die Villa Nemo bereits zum dritten Mal gebucht. Das sagt ja eigentlich schon alles aus;-) Traumhafte Lage, die Dörfer Riva Ligure und Santo Stefano al Mare haben sich in den letzten 13 Jahren wirklich toll entwickelt und sind touristisch vs. andere Dörfer in der Gegend noch ware Geheimtipps. Die Villa Nemo liegt oberhalb des Dorfes. Mit einem PW erreicht man alles in wenigen Minuten. LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte und gute Restaurants hat es zahlreiche in der Gegend. Die Villa Nemo selber ist der absolute Hammer! Traumhafte 180°-Aussicht ĂŒber das Dorf Riva Ligure und ĂŒber das Meer. Die Villa Nemo ist ideal eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz. Der Garten und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wir wurden fast tĂ€glich (wie schon in den VJ) vom GĂ€rtner mit frischem GemĂŒse aus dem eigenen Garten ĂŒberrascht. Der Pool ist der Traum: Gross und man kann stundenlang im Infinity-Pool sein und dabei die tolle Aussicht geniessen. Der Gastgeber und die Dame vor Ort sind unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und geben schnell RĂŒckantwort. Alles perfekt! Villa Nemo – wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den Sommer '25. :-) Salute.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Es war wunderschön in der Villa Nemo mit unserer HĂŒndin. Die Aussicht ist gigantisch. Ja, der Weg zum Haus ist extrem steil, und nur fĂŒr geĂŒbte Autofahrer geeignet. Sogar zu Fuß ist es extrem steil hoch und runter. Aber man kann mit dem Auto runter ins Dorf fahren und dort parken, dann spart man sich den steilen Ab- und Aufstieg zum Haus. Ferien im Juni 2024

Wir haben die Ferien mit unseren Hunden sehr genossen. Die eher steile und etwas enge Zufahrt(mit SUV völlig möglich), haben wir jedoch fast nur zu Fuss bewĂ€ltigt. Alles ist zu Fuss in sehr kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Der Ausblick auf das Dorf und das Meer sind faszinieren. FĂŒr uns war der Eindruck, dass dieser Ort nicht vom Tourismus lebt. Tolles Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Riva Ligure ist ein kleiner, aber schöner Ort an der ligurischen KĂŒste. Wir haben eine Woche mit Freunden in dem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe, daher hat man einen phantastischen Blick auf das StĂ€dtchen und das Meer. Morgens auf der Terrasse zu frĂŒhstĂŒcken und den Blick zu genießen ist traumhaft. Der Poolbereich ist toll. Es gibt genug Liegen, die Ausstattung im Haus an Besteck, Geschirr, Kochutensilien ist super. Die Betten sind bequem. Auch an der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappte prima ĂŒber WhatsApp. Einmal ist der Pool trĂŒb geworden, das wurde aber am anderen Tag sofort erledigt. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr steil und schmal, aber das hat hier wohl jeder schon erwĂ€hnt. Der Fußweg in die Stadt mit tollen und gĂŒnstigen Restaurants dauert ca. 12 Minuten. Preis-/Leistung vom Haus ist klasse. Wir waren Anfang Juni und wĂŒrden das Haus auch noch ein weiteres Mal mieten. FahrrĂ€der sind in der Region sehr zu empfehlen, es gibt einen 38 km langen Fahrradweg (asphaltiert und am Meer entlang). Falls man keine eigenen mitbringen möchte, kann man sich im Nachbarort auch welche leihen. San Remo ist auch einen Ausflug wert und mit dem Auto nur 15-20 Minuten entfernt.

Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht und Pool

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht, ja der Anstieg ist steil, eng, aber fĂŒr geĂŒbte FahrerInnen kein Problem. DafĂŒr ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse und den Zimmern unvergleichlich. Der Pool hat eine angenehme GrĂ¶ĂŸe. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt gebraucht wird. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwalterin total unkompliziert. Der Ort hat eine schöne AtmosphĂ€re; bezaubernde LĂ€den (BĂ€cker, Fleischer, Obst-/GemĂŒsehĂ€ndler, Restaurants, Eis) und ein wöchentlicher Markt. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen.

Das war unser zweiter Urlaub in der Villa Nemo. Und obwohl wir vieles kannten, waren selbst die Ausblicke aufs Meer immer wieder neu und wunderbar. Ein tolles Haus, hervorragende Lage, gut ausgestattet. Und wir haben es geschafft, dass das Schrottauto in der Auffahrt am Friedhof beseitigt wurde. Alles in allem ein paradiesischer Aufenthalt. Und guter Kontakt zur Agentur, wenn etwas nötig war.

Tolles Haus mit Meerblick und schönem Pool, ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch fußlĂ€ufig zum Ort Riva Ligure, der einige nette Restaurants und Strand bietet. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. So sind beispielsweise aussenliegender Sonnenschutz und Fliegengitter vorhanden. Die Straße zum Haus ist zwar schmal und steil, aber auch mit einem grĂ¶ĂŸeren Auto befahrbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

WohlfĂŒhlferien

Ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes und wohnliches Zuhause. Ein schöner Garten, tolle Terrasse und ein Pool zum geniessen. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr geniessen können! Ein Hinweis: die Zufahrt zum Haus erfolgt von Vorteil mit einem schmalen Auto. Übrigens ist das Ferienhaus auch fĂŒr Urlaub mit einem kleinen Hund ganz hervorragend geeignet.

traumhafter Ausblick, ruhige Lage

Wir (vier Erwachsene) haben das Haus, den Pool sehr genossen. AuffĂ€llig sind die sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Daher ĂŒberraschte es uns, dass ein paar wichtige Details (vor allem in der KĂŒche) fehlten. Nach RĂŒcksprache mit Frau Spinelli oder dem Besitzer wurde das aber sofort und reibungslos erledigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Pool ist grĂ¶ĂŸer als gedacht, selten erlebt in der GrĂ¶ĂŸe. Die Auffahrt ist wie schon oft beschrieben etwas Ă€rgerlich, vor allem, weil in einer Kurve auf halber Höhe unnötigerweise ein Schrottauto abgestellt wurde. Abenteuerlich ist die Ausfahrt auf die Hauptstraße. Unfallrisiko, der Verkehr ist nur ĂŒber einen schlecht justierten Hohlspiegel zu beobachten. DafĂŒr kann der Besitzer nichts. Ein Tipp: IMMER den Ampelknopf fĂŒr FußgĂ€nger drĂŒcken, dann wird es Rot, man kann sicher rausfahren. Alles in allem ein traumhaft gelungener Aufenthalt in sehr schöner Umgebung. Das Haus hat einen sehr hohen WohlfĂŒhlfaktor. Danke!
