I would stay here again inspit that they didn’t clean my room

The only good thing was the polite male bartender. There was dry blood in my bathroom. There were kids running wild in the public places in the hotel. I was eating dinner at the bar and kids were tossing a football around in the other area. The poor bartender was the only staff on duty and he tried his hardest to get everything under control! The kids were wild and the whole bar and dining room was full! He served me and apologized for the poor service. I think he did amazing! The cheese plate had old dried out cheese that I ordered and the next night the meatloaf was dry and burnt. I stayed at the Hyatt the week before as I travel for work and it was way classier than this place. I like children but not at 8:00 at night and all hyped up when I’m
Trying to relax at the bar. You need more staff and cleaner rooms. I was going to use the pool and the hot tub but they all were overloaded with horse players kids.

We always enjoy the stay here and the jetted tub room is great for a nice getaway in eastern LI. Plenty to do nearby as well. The staff are always very nice and helpful.
