Piscine sur place. Restauration à 10 min à pied. Supermarché juste en face. Petit déjeuner servit sur place. Clim et wifi Belle vue Très bon accueil

Nice stay

The hotel was good. Nothing fancy everything worked. There was not a coffee maker in the room or a microwave. Some of the lights did not work and opening the sliding door to the balcony was hard. Wanted breakfast they had eggs a sausage at $15 and cup of coffee was $5.

Thank you for your review. Apologies that your stay was unsatisfactory. This is the first report we have received about fleas in a room, not receiving any complaints for the room prior or after. The rooms are also cleaned daily. Based on investigations, no report was field at the property which we would have immediately addressed. Once again we apologize for your inconvenience

Stayed here and I just want to warn others DONT!!!!! The pics are misleading. The hotel is old and falling apart. Cracks in the wall. Scarce, dirty, mismatched and leaning furniture, water pressure non existent, mirrors dirty, tv doesn't work, no internet, nothing!!! I wont even bother to go to the pool area or inquire about food because I'm legitimately afraid. The audacity of this establishment to charge $250/night with false pictures needs to be reported!!! I repeat do not come here!!!

Thank you for your review. Apologies for your experience. The pictures are not misleading. The property was oversold and we had to be reassigned to an another room. The rate charged was also not 250 nightly. Unfortunately, you did not make a complaint at the property, but far spread information on facebook and other social media platform. Upon learning of your dissatisfaction we communicated with you to apologize and offer you a complementary stay on your next visit to the BVI. Once again we apologize for your inconvenience

I thought that the welcome was poor. Only rudimentary information given on chech in. Our room was shabby and badly in need of refitting and decoration. Staff appeared uninterested and poorly motivated. Meals seemed to be provided but there was no menu or timings evident. We thought also that the rates were expensive relative to comparable hotels we had stayed in on our trip to the Virgin Islands. Not great value for money, sadly
