Stay in your very own luxury villa overlooking the greens of Pristine Bay's championship 18-hole golf course. Villa 4033 is a 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom beauty with ample space for a group of up to 12 people.

Spread over three levels, Villa 4033 boasts plentiful indoor and outdoor common areas for everyone to enjoy.

Enjoy a private pool, both shaded and sunny patio spaces with lounge chairs, plus an outdoor dining area complete with a wet bar and BBQ grill.

On the top floor, you'll find three of the bedrooms plus balconies and a spacious patio with another sitting area to enjoy. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor with its own ensuite bathroom and right by the pool.

The main floor provides you with all the comforts you need and all the high-end finishes you love in a luxury getaway.

The gourmet kitchen is ideal for preparing as many meals as you'd like to eat at home. With indoor and outdoor dining spaces, you can all eat together in comfort at home.

Opt for a private chef to come to prepare a beautiful island-style dinner for the whole group — we highly recommend it!

Two indoor seating areas offer plenty of space to relax and unwind each evening. If you want to read or have a quiet chat, there are spaces upstairs and on the main floor to do so in comfort. If it's a movie night, enjoy it on the big screen and pile onto the comfy couch.

From this location mid-island, you can easily explore the quiet East End or the vibrant West End to see more of our beautiful island.

Although, we promise, it will be hard to drag yourself away from those stunning views from this villa!
When you're ready to explore more, simply step outside to the Clubhouse and community areas of Pristine Bay.
The Clubhouse offers a restaurant, 2 tier pool, snack bar, gym, sports courts (tennis, pickleball, basketball), gym, beach, and water park.

Nice place but terrible water

This house is very well equipped and quite pretty. The rooms are big, they have good beds and linens and there are plenty of different spaces where to hang out. It is located overlooking the golf course in the near ground and the ocean and hills in the back. There is a beach club that you can use for a fee which is also quite convenient. The one problem with this house is the water. It smells of sulfur. Initially we though the smell would go away after using running the water throughout the house, but the days of our visit passed and the water never improved. At the end of the vacation, the water (which I assume is quite heavy in iron) even stained some of our clothes and it changed my wife's hair color. We had to buy extra water in order to brush our teeth because the taste was so bad. I examined the water filters from the house, which had an oxidized appearance, and ask chatGPT if there was something wrong with them. It said they likely needed maintenance. Given the awful smell and taste of the water I am not surprised. So in summary, the house is very nice but it urgently needs its water filters replaced.

Lovely!

This was our first time visiting Roatan and our family loved this property! Super safe location, beautiful views and a wonderfully stocked home for our large group of 10. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Pristine Bay Resort house rental

Nice place, great resort. Be aware you will need a vehicle to get around, the house is a fair distance from the beach club and the resort is extremely hilly and not walkable. The management company was prompt with communication and took care of a couple minor glitches in the house immediately. Will definitely return.
