Please Note: Firewood is provided from 1st June – 31st September. If you need wood outside of these months, it can be purchased from Robe Hardware (Mitre 10) or Robe Auto and Marine (opposite Foodland) at your own expense.

Just 2 minutes walk from Hoopers Beach, or take the scenic 5-minute cliff top walk to Long Beach, Fox Beach, and the Outlet. There’s something for everyone – let the kids explore the spacious backyard while you relax with a glass of wine or coffee, soaking in the sounds of Guichen Bay.

Pet-Friendly: Dogs are welcome outdoors by request, with prior owner approval. It’s the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably contained within the enclosed yard. Please note that Robe Holiday Rentals cannot guarantee the fencing will be suitable for all pets.

This property has undergone extensive renovations, including a full upgrade of the upstairs and downstairs areas, extending the decking, and adding an ensuite to the master bedroom. You really have to see it to believe it!!

The lower level features a bunk room with a TV – perfect for kids or teenagers, a queen bedroom, laundry, and bathroom. A reading/tv nook has been added for the kids to escape nad relax. Upstairs, the open-plan living and dining areas flow seamlessly onto the newly extended deck, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or simply relaxing with panoramic views of Guichen Bay. The kitchen now boasts all new appliances since the EXTENSIVE renovations have been done, allowing you to cook with the best!

Upstairs also features two bathrooms (main and ensuite), two large bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with a queen bed,and a seperate sliding door that opens onto the balcony with stunning sea views. Another office/reading nook has been added for those that want to read and relax or for those that can't quite escape the work life.

Pet-Friendly Outdoors: By request and with owner approval only, pets are welcome to enjoy the rear yard area.

Important Information

A $500.00 refundable bond is required for your stay at Unnecessary.

Linen is provided for all our properties. Please note that we only supply what is required for your stay. If you would like the beds made up, please add a bed-making service to your booking request ($15.00 per bed) - Sorry no top bunks will be made due to OHS&W. It’s the guest’s responsibility to notify the office of any special linen combinations. If no special requests are made, we will assume the beds to be used based on the guest number provided.
Don’t forget to bring your beach towels!

Booking Policy: A completed guest list with the required details must be returned before booking confirmation is accepted.
