ONE MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH! Situated in the quiet Nedonna Beach area of Rockaway Beach this large home represents the perfect getaway for families and couples looking for a beach vacation. Our vaulted ceiling living room, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms mean you can enjoy all the comforts of home, and even bring the family dog! The off highway location means that quiet walks on the beach, bike riding and other activities such as deep sea fishing, crabbing, clamming, hiking and shopping are all just minutes away. Grocery stores are nearby for any of your cooking needs and a selection of good restaurants and brew pubs are just a quick drive away as well. We are centrally located for all the fun to be had here on the Central Oregon Coast!

Lovely stay at Rockaway Beach

We really enjoyed our 3 day stay at your beach home. It was relaxing, with a well equipped kitchen, close to the beach and very attractively furnished. We would stay there again.

Good spot; close to the coast, good clean space, room(s) for the kids, Netflix, and lots of throw blankets/games. Although, the heat was lacking, and or inconsistent in the upstairs rooms (Nov. stay). The beds were hard, like too firm. Lastly, great water pressure. Light maintenance may be required.

Wish we could have stayed longer

Our stay at the Manhattan house was amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked for people who are cooking. The house was spotless upon arrival. My children (2&1/2 and 5) absolutely loved the loft room so they could remain close to us. Due to the bedroom set up it allowed my sister in law and brother and law to have their own little suite on the main floor. John and Teresa have a beautiful home and communicated efficiently and quickly and answered any questions we may have had. We absolutely will be back with more family. Zero complaints!

4th Annual Family Reunion

Our family loved John’s home because you can tell he loves the home. We felt at home and very comfortable. Everything was there we needed! Our extended family stayed in the area and were jealous of the deck and how close we were to the beach. The neighbors are very friendly too. Again, great place and we will be back!

Do not stay here

This was one of the worst vacation homes we have stayed in as a family, and we’ve rented a lot of homes over the years. The ad misrepresented the home- it is not a 3-bedroom home but only a 1-bedroom home with a very large second floor loft with three railroad rooms. The first bed in the loft is open to the stairwell. As a result we did not have the privacy we had expected and the listing was dishonest and overpriced for a 1-bed plus lofted house. Also the kitchen was very small, there was no dining space only one living space like a studio apartment with a kitchenette. The washer and dryer was functional but so loud and echoing through the home that it could not be used overnight when sleeping. On arrival the home was not clean, there were wet towels in the bathrooms and there was a printer in the middle of the first floor bedroom that we moved to the closet. The owner was super paranoid with a long list of rules for the property. Then the owner attempted to recoup an additional pet deposit cleaning fee despite the home being dirty on arrival. The only positive was the very short walk to Nedonna beach which was beautiful on a calm day. Unfortunately most of the weekend we stayed it was too windy. We had also booked another home for extended family near the Jetty fishery and I recommend staying there instead.

Perfect for families

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful rental house in Rockaway, Oregon with our family, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to the beach. The house itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a spacious living area where we could gather and create lasting memories. Overall, our experience at this rental house was simply outstanding, and we cannot wait to return for another unforgettable vacation.

Great location

We had a great time at this perfectly located house. A block from the beach. Quiet neighborhood. The house overall was a great fit. Plenty of bedding and towels for our large group. The one complaint is the bed in the loft is rock hard. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Friends Reconnected

After nearly 3 years of not seeing each other this group of lifelong friends got together at this very nice property. Brought our 2 labs as well. The home was a few short blocks from a gorgeous beach. The rooms were comfy as were the beds in every room. The kitchen was well stocked for those who love to cook. The warm water to the outside hose was a treat for the dogs once they returned from a romping run at the beach. The owner was responsive to questions prior to the visit. All in all, we all had a lovely stay at Nedonna Beach!

Disappointed !

We found the place not very clean and especially the kitchen and refrigerator. Bedding and towels are old. Found a pair of socks under one pillow case and another pillow case inside out, which made us wonder if sheets had been washed. Mattresses not great and one upstairs bed on a platform so high it was hard to get up in, so we had to pull the mattress to the floor.

Fantastic Getaway

We had three great nights in the house. Everything was super clean, comfortable and spacious. Great location only steps from the sand. LOVE the hot and cold water rinse outside for cleaning feet and pets before entering the house from a sandy beach day. My daughter was fascinated by the VCR/TV unit in the upstairs rooms for watching movies. We'll stay again!

Great Place to Stay

It was very clean; the kitchen had all the utensils, spices, etc. that we needed; the beds were pretty comfortable and there were plenty of pillows; it was close to Rockaway beach (about 1/2 block) (which is not crowded like some of the other beaches). The town was fun. It was about 30-40 minutes from Cannon Beach/Haystack Rock. We had a great time & would happily stay here again.

It’s so close to the beach.

It was so nice to be able to wander down to the beach whenever we wanted. The house is designed in such a way that the bedrooms don’t hear a lot of noise.
