We liked how easy it was to get to local places and tons of food options. Breakfast being included was nice. Overall, it seemed very short staffed (sign of the times?). Our room didn’t get cleaned after night 1 but towels didn’t even get refreshed. No bags in garbage cans. No towels by the pool. Upon asking for each of the things someone brought them but you had to call and find someone. The free breakfast was nice and the staff there restocked constantly.

Amazing stay
Posted Jan. 28, 2024 on HotelsThe rooms were very clean, super comfortable bed, the breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices of hot and cold food, check in and out was very quick and the service from the hotel store was also very quick even late at night, in our first room the TV wasn't working properly and they switched us to a different room immediately and will definitely stay here again.

There was a blizzard and we had a non refundable rate. We wanted to hi but could not because of the weather. Called State Police and were told that interstate 39 which is the only close route, was impassable dow to ice and snow.
So. we not only list our room, but also were not able to go to our families.
