Make this newly renovated townhouse your home away from home! The townhome is located in a central location in Rockford, IL. Very close to Interstate 20 / 39. Twelve minutes to Anderson Japanese gardens, Nine minutes to Cherryvale mall, Fourteen minutes to Discovery Center Museum, Thirteen minutes to Nicholas conservatory and gardens, Eleven minutes to Klehm Arboretum & Botanical garden and more.

This townhome offers a Living Room, Full kitchen with cookware set, two spacious bedrooms upstairs each with one queen bed, a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Washer and Dryer are in the basement. Central A/C and Heating. Netflix is included and set up in the Livingroom TV! Basic Kitchenware (Cooking pans etc), coffee maker, blender and filters, Toaster etc are provided. Tissue and toilet paper are provided for short stay. Access code and WiFi name/password are given at the time of check-in. Cable TV (via HD antenna), office table and chair, WiFi are included. Less than 4 hours to check in I had not heard from the agent or property manager. I finally called Vrbo on the day of check-in. I received a call from the agent telling me the unit I reserved could not be occupied due to the furnace malfunction. Total lack of communication from the property agent is unacceptable . The agent put me in Unit 5 . The base of the kitchen faucet is extremely loose. I could lift the faucet up from the sink and rotate it. There were 12 knives and no forks or spoons. The picture on the TV constantly jumps. After my check-in, Apr 26th, this was reported twice in 2 days. I saw the property manager after 3 days, which was after my initial report on day 2, and the property manager said the TV would be replaced. As of May 9th, my early check-out date, the TV had not been replaced. There were only two bath towels. For someone reserving an overnight stay, this might be acceptable. But knowing the unit was reserved for 20 days, two towels are unacceptable. I purchased four towels, hand towels and washcloths, which I will be taking with me. The stains and “bluing” on the inside of the dishwasher are horrible. Simple to say, I hand washed all the dishes. The facing to the bottom dresser drawer, in the room closest to the upstairs bathroom, was laying on the floor. Totally disconnected from the drawer itself. The outlet behind the couch showed visible signs the outlet had arched. The lower portion of the outlet was black. I removed the connecting plug.
