Located just a short walk from the National Scenic Byway, Indian River lagoon. One can take scenic walks and/or bike rides along the beautiful Indian River. 10-minute drive to the Historic Cocoa Village and approximately 30-minute drive to the world-famous/popular Cocoa Beach or 1 hr. to Orlando.
