The beauty of the location and the views from the rooms are excellent. Mike, Cassandra and the Chef are attentive and the made to order breakfast gets the day off to a fine start. A combination of the.accommodations and lovely town made for a great weekend adventure

Breakfast staff was lovely as was breakfast. The room was not. The shower was not connected to bath but in an old closet. It was a hazardous step up and down directly next to the bed. Weird. Also the room smelled musty. The coffee machine did not work and the old door locked us out of the room. This place needs serious updating.

Thank you for staying with us. and your nice review. Your room was a standard smaller room in our main house with a walk-in shower that had a step-in like a shower/bathtub combo would of. If you had mobility concerns like stepping into a shoer I would recommend checking with the hotel in advance to let us know! As far as your door if you would have closed the door behind rather than pay with the lock mechanism there would have not been any issue. The coffeemaker worked just fine if you would follow the directions right on the machine. I'm glad you enjoyed breakfast and probably would have enjoyed your room more if you had made a reservation for a larger room! with a shower that would have been better for your circumstances.

This hotel is full of charm. My friend and I came for a girls weekend. We were wanting quaint and charming and NOT the Hilton. And we got it. Lovely property and the breakfast was AMAZING. thanks for a lovely stay!

The Inn was just beautiful, located on the water. An added bonus was the fresh hot "made to order" breakfast available each morning.

Very disappointing stay

Very disappointing trip here at the Yankee Clipper inn - Although we supposedly received an upgraded room - it was tiny with a foul odor with an even tinier bathroom. The room was not that clean and the noise coming from the upstairs room all night was unbearable- the breakfast was good and our server Claire was lovely. The hotel was certainly not worth the $300 a night we paid for it - we would not return

I do apologize that you felt you heard excessive noise from another guest room and did check into it immediately when contacting us.
