First, the hotel was hard to find as their sign was not lighted. There was no microwave oven nor WiFi service in the first room offered upon our arrival. Room was very dirty, especially the shower and the bed sheets. There were cracks in the ceiling. Pictures from this room appear hereafter.
The second room to which we were moved was a little bit cleaner but there was still no WiFi service either and, this time, there was no coffee machine in the room.
Contrarily to the indications provided at reservation time, there was no breakfast provided in the morning, except for small Nutri-Grain bars (without any coffee or juice whatsoever).
The young lady at the front desk tried her best to help but her boss could not care less than he did after she talked to him on the phone. No rebate, no reimbursement.
This stay was a nightmare. This hotel should not appear on Hotels.com and it should lose its Days Inn & Suites certification to say the least...
The overall condition of the facility was appalling for a Wyndham reservation. Smokey hallways, dirty carpets, holes in the sheets! I left first thing in the morning and will never book again with Wyndham.
The guide channel on the TV was not useful for finding channels to watch; maybe it was user error. There was a microwave but no fridge, even though the cabinet appeared to have a slot for a fridge. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were a little unkempt â the grass needed mowing.
You get what you pay for. Very old. One pillow per guest. No blankets on the beds, only the top sheet. When I asked about blankets I was told they didnât have any more to give out. I let them know we didnât have any blankets in the room I was met with silence.
Overall, it met our need of a place to sleep close to 95. We will try somewhere different the next time.
