Just 15 minutes to downtown Rogers and about 20 minutes to Bentonville! 2 minutes away from the neighborhood boat launch in Beaver Shores! High Speed WIFI ! Less than 10 minutes to Prairie Creek Marina in case you want to rent one of their boats, or rent a nightly slip. Outdoor Fire pit! *The responsible booking guest must be at least 21 years old. I am new to VRBO, but am a Superhost on Airbnb!

Really nice property

We stayed from March 12th to 15th. Kam was a very gracious host who was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. Unfortunately, we had to endure Thunderstorms, hail and tornado warnings on March 14th.

Review of stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past weekend! A part of our group was there to gish at Beaver Lake while the rest of us relaxed. The house was in a great location to the lake and shopping downtown. We had 5 adults and 2 children. The large living room was wonferful for the kids, the extra games and such were a wonderful touch! The hot tub felt amazing! House was clean and well stocked. We wished we had access to a washer and dryer, especially with the amount of towels uses for the hot tub. Overall great experience and would love to visit again!
