Lunch outside was excellent on such a cool breezy day.
We thought the traffic noise at night was excessive but then we were in the Andrew Jackson suite above Main Street
We love the way it was decorated and the squishy floors. It was absolutely beautiful and everyone that worked there was amazing.

The room was a very nice size with a four poster bed. Considering it was originally built in 1824, they did put in modern plumbing. The ceilings were high so it was kind of cool in the evenings. The inn had oil filled radiator looking type of heater. The room was comfortable using it late evening. Only draw back was we were given a room on the 3rd floor. The elevator only went to second floor. As we are elderly, we climbed 15 steps with luggage in tow. Next time will request a room on the second floor. Staff was very nice. They have a small tavern in the back of the inn. It was crowded due to everyone watching the Kentucky Derby. Overall it was a very nice stay.
The stay was excellent. The only concern is our room was above the bar which made it noisy until the bar closed. We would easily stay again just chose a different room. The staff was friendly and professional.
Michael is great and friendly. Our room is exceptional. It's pretty, large ,and very comfortable. The common areas are just as lovely. And the history is amazing. Very worth the stay.
The Hale Spring Inn and its staff make my Christmas stay so special. From the ambiance of 200 years of history to a very attentive staff who accommodated our every need even over Christmas, I felt very pampered. While the restaurant was closed over the holiday, a continental breakfast was provided every morning. My husband and I will be returning again soon. Highly recommend.
Second time for myself at The Hale Springs Inn, but first for my spouse and we both loved it. This time of year is great as they decorate each of the huge rooms with Christmas Trees and other decorations. Ate at McKinney's Restaurant in the Inn and the food was incredible and we also played "Slingo"...a version of Bingo using music. Just a lot of fun! The people are top notch, the Inn is filled with history, loys of shops within walking distance. Was a perfect stay. We give it a 15 out of 10! Just awesome!
Beautiful place, staff were amazing. Only thing would be is using the tv was a struggle and placement of the tv could have been better. Also the bed was too high, if we were having any health issues it would have been a problem
Historic inn that was an amazing value. Staff were superb. Room could have another lamp or two but that is the only even kind of negative thing i could.
Love the old charm but with ‘old’ comes quirks🙂. Elevator only goes to second floor. My room was on the third & those steps had a bit of a lean, so just had to be careful of my footing BUT I adored my third floor room away from first floor restaurant noise. The Inn just is located on a busy street so noise is prevalent till later in the evening.
Historical Inn in Rogersville, TN. Absolutely awesome. Place opened in 1824. All wood floors, creaky stairs and loaded with history. Very cool place and the complete opposite of where I would normally stay. Will be back again for sure!
