The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff at the Front Desk on the other hand was horrible. The first 2 interactions I had they where rude, not helpful at all. Their customer service was non existent they really need to retrain their staff on how to speak to guests. Check in time is 4pm and my room wasn’t ready til closer to 5pm and staff was nonchalant about it.

We unfortunately really disliked our stay. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was not very sound proof. We could hear the people above us stomping around starting at 6am. Theres no regulation in the pool and hot tub area so there was screaming kids at all hours of our stay. Double Tree is usually a decent stay but this was outright terrible. I will say that all the staff members we interacted with were very kind and helpful.
