The property was definitely well worn and could use some tlc. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Excellent!!

Close to campus but felt a tiny bit rundown

Front desk staff was very nice. Hotel was a bit older and in not as good of repair as others I have stayed in.

website promotes pet friendly however no mention is made of the $75 pet fee added at check in.

Thank you for choosing the Hampton Inn Rolla. I apologize that you did not see the pet policy stating a 75 dollar non-refundable pet fee will be charged. I will message EXPEDIA and see if they can make this clear to guest when booking. Due to the problem I have adjusted the charge off this one time for you.
