Locally owned, reasonable price, close to campus. Friendly owners manage business personally.

Terrible! Do not recommend.

Worst motel stay I’ve ever had. One of the two towels in the bathroom had dirt smeared all over it and was just hanging up. The tub would not drain. Both of the beds had dirty blankets, sheets, and pillows. There were hairs all over all of it. Looks like someone slept in both beds and none of the bedding was removed or washed. I had to go to Walmart and buy blankets and pillows to sleep in the bed because I was so grossed out. The room smelled terrible like smoker had smoked in the room even though I asked for a non smoking room.

We are surprised to read this review as it appears to us that you have mixed up our Motel with some other facility. If, as you claim, you had found all these dirty linen etc in the room, you had every right to approach the front desk to demand a full REFUND, but no one approached us with any complaints. Can you verify that your stayed with us by providing your Expedia Reservation confirmation number and we will GLADLY FULLY REFUND you the amount you had paid to stay with us.We are looking forward to receiving your details as we stand by our motel's motto to provide a Clean and Comfortable stay for all our Guests.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of staying here many times and look forward to staying here everytime we are in Rolla.

Owners are friendly and live on site. Property is old, but adequate, and price is reasonable

The only thing we missed was a breakfast. otherwise we were satisfied

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately our front lobby is too small to serve breakfast but we very nice "Medium Roast" Coffee in the lobby for all our guests to enjoy.

I loved this place! The sheets, pillows and mattress were amazing. Great AC and hot water. Also, the owners are terrific - talk with them about becoming American citizens!

Very nice lady that checked me in. Older hotel but clean. Had an issue with the tv so we switched rooms so everything worked out. Might avoid room 112.
