Basic hotel at a decent price. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was basic, bathroom showing wear in the shower

No Ac all night, you can’t even open the windows to get some air at least and they don’t have fans either, an it seems the ac problem happens often. 0/10

The room was unbearably hot, we were told something would be done to try and help but that didn’t happen. Constantly on 27 degrees.

I didn’t want to make a hustle and complain at the reception, just asked them politely to change the bedding and cover, I couldn’t remember when was the last time we had insects bite like this, everywhere

Terrible breakfasts. Had to ask for enough quilts and have the shower attended to. Toilet needed cleaning.

Why can't I get my invoice? I've emailed two different times and was also originally told I would be receiving the invoice by email durign my check out. Where is my invoice?
