Had a wonderful experience at Chapter Roma. The staff was amazing and helped with everything we needed such as switching rooms due to a issue with our original room. The said they can help with recommendations and reservations if needed and called for a taxi back to the airport our last day.

I have stayed at Chapter Roma four times now, and the reason I always come back is the insanely attentive staff that take a chic hotel and make it wow. My friends and I felt super at home, and were brilliantly taken care of. From restaurant recommendations and help booking, to drinks magically appearing… it really was great to be back! We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were great and organized restaurants and taxi to airport and made recommendations. We stayed for two nights and came back again at the end of our trip. They allowed us to store extra bags and had them in the room waiting for us when we returned. Good location to near Trastevere for restaurants and about 20 mins from Trevi Fountain and Pantheon

Chapter Roma is a beautifully design hotel located walking distance from Rome’s main attractions. The staff is superb, very knowledgeable and friendly always trying to help. Great hospitality. The reason why I am giving them 3 stars is because we weren’t able to sleep well and woke up ver achy every morning. The beds are extremely hard and the pillows are pretty bad as well. The bed comforter is super thin and the room was pretty cold in the middle of the night, what is sad because the room size was great and as I mentioned the staff was superb.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was flawless—warm, personal, and genuinely heartfelt. I couldn’t single out one staff member by name because every person I encountered went out of their way to make my stay exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful—stylish without feeling pretentious—and its location is perfect, close to everything yet tucked into a neighborhood that still feels authentically Roman. This place has soul, character, and a team that truly cares. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Wonderful boutique hotel with great service

A really nice boutique hotel! Modern yet fitting for the surrounding history of an old city. The welcoming of the staff, especially Sophia, was wonderful. The rooms are good size and the showers were really nice. The lobby bar and the adjoining coffee shop were perfect for starting and ending the day and the rooftop bar was amazing....love the bar staff! A couple of recommendations: brighter lighting in the bathroom, a clothes steamer in the room, a blanket for the bed. The only issue I had wasn't the fault of the hotel, my room faced an alley and it could get quite noisy with garbage pick up in early mornings. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!
