Leonardo is a great staff member! Super friendly. Weird scents in the room that smells like sewage lots of little gnats, a.k.a. bugs no ventilation no windows. It felt like I was in a cruise ship extremely deceiving photographs from the actual listing.

Room was okay but come on get with the times. All Italian tv channels. Some Canadian and American. Also no plugs. So outdated and no plugs by ur bed. Terrible. Staff were okay. Nothing special about this hotel. Shop around.

It was ok but I was a bit disappointed with the bed arrangement: it was two single beds pushed together, each with separate sheets, and only one duvet in the middle without a proper duvet cover, I honestly don’t think it’s very clean to do that ! The bathroom sink was blocked, and the room was freezing when we arrived because of the AC. Breakfast was ok as well and good location next to the train station.

No cold water in shower have to be careful as it gets very hot. In bathroom if standing in shower you can see thru cracks in ceiling into room above. Makes you think is “big brother” watching? No kettle or coffee / tea in room.
