I highly recommend this hotel!! The service was excellent especially the front desk! Everyone was so kind and considerate. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful, including the cappuccino bar. The room was beautiful and comfortable and even included a robe and slippers. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to just about every tourist site and great restaurants in Rome!

The location is great, walkable to many attractions. However, the hotel looks old, dirt and dingy. I believe I booked superior room and this was da from it. The floor the room was located on has a separate entrance from the reception and feels scary. The hallways look old and dirty and frankly I was scared. If I had not paid quite a bit of non refundable money I would have simply looked for another hotel. That being said the room itself, while dated was clean. Would not recommend this place for the money that paid. The last da there was an issue with the pipe and they moved us to an upgraded suite, which was on another floor that looked much better overall. If the room I had booked was not supposed to be on this new floor then definitely not worth the money. If I was snubbed it’s even worse. In addition, the worst part of experience was the day we checked out. The receptionist said he could not get us a taxi as “there aren’t enough taxis in Rome”. If this is indeed a problem in the city, he should have warned us when we first checked in to book a taxi ahead of time or allow plenty of time to get to our destination. After so much headache I was able to get a cab myself with no assistance from the reception desk whatsoever and barely made it to the tram station in time but this is highly unprofessional, inhospitable and not what one would expect from any level of hotel. Honestly, I generally never leave a bad review unless really bad experience and this truly was.

We had. A comfortable stay at Manfredi Suites. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very convenient location. Short walk to Spanish steps and Via Condotti shopping area. Good options on the breakfast served. Staff are hospitable, friendly and helpful. They served us breakfast earlier than their regular schedule when we told them we have to leave early for our tour. Highly recommend staying at Manfredi suites and we’ll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Rome.

The staff were all nice and helpful. Concierge is open 24/7. The hotel is located near luxury designer stores in the spanish steps area. It is a 5 minute walk from metro. Felt safe walking the area at night. Many dining options around; highly recommend restaurant pizzeria. There is also a grocery store a 2 minute walk from hotel. Only thing is the hotel is a little hard to find but it is located in the corner building you need to enter through green doors and the hotel is located on the third floor, luckily a man was outside and overheard us looking for our hotel and guided us.

Our stay is unforgettable. Me and my family are looking for ways to give a review as all four of us in our two rooms just had a blast. From service to the room and friendliness of the staff. Most specifically Delilah(Dalilah) and the morning coffee lady. We could never forget how they recommended good places to eat. Delilah(Dah-li-lah) was most excellent to share a conversation with. Their love for their city is felt and well respected. We are already planning our next return to rome and specifically to Hotel Manfredi. See you all again! Ciao!
