The lady for the check literally came 2 hours late to let us in. It also wasnt just us who was stuck there but 4 other travellers trying to just get in. The place overall was super unprofessional. Not only that but our room only had a fan with the roman heat it was very uncomfortable. The shower was cute thou

Well placed - 30mins walk from coliseum. Its is a converted flat in a gated block so you have to meet Sara at the gate and she will give you your keys. Room basically fine, clean and well maintained with a fridge and a coffee maker but the loo could have done with a sliding door, a stronger extraction fan and a secure loo seat. Useful cooking and meeting area. Its basically a flat which is let out.

Great stay.

We had six nights in Rome using this as our base. It was perfect for what we needed. Although it seems to sit outside of the main centre the links by tram, bus and metro were easy to use and close. When we arrived we were met by Paola and he spent time with us going through sights to see, places to eat and advice on how to get around. Perfect. The entrance to the building is in a courtyard which is entered via an electric gate. Feels very secure. The outside of the building does look like it has seen better days, but it is solid, looks like it has been there for years, and will be there for many more. The room is part of an apartment on the second floor and you are left for most of the time. Free access to the kitchen which is supplied with milk, juice, tea and fresh coffee (which you make yourself). The breakfast is simple but does the job with serial, croissants, bread etc.... Bed was comfortae, shower hot with good flow. Bed made daily.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, seht gutes Bett, großes Zimmer, eigenes Bad, alles da, was man braucht. Frühstück kann man sich selber machen, Kaffee etc. steht zur Verfügung. Küche kann benutzt werden und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut, vom Bahnhof Termini ca. 25 min. zu Fuß.

L'accueil etait tres sympa par les proprietaires. Les chambres sont confortables. Excellent rapport qualité / prix se trouvant a quelques minutes du colisée et du metro A de quoi passer un agrable sejour dans cette cette charmante ville qui nous a fait rever. ATTENTION : il n y a pas de reception il faut prendre un rendez vous par telephone pour l'accueil et vaut mieux le faire a l'avance pour eviter d'attendre

Bon accueil au bon moment. Très bon café. Un tout petit dejeuner pour partir du bon pied mais mettre un petit morceau de beurre tous les jours aurait été un plus. Chambre petite mais compensé par une bonne literie. Petite salle de bain mal aérée. Fixation du pommeau de douche défectueux (compliqué pour prendre sa douche). Endroit calme côté intérieur mais très bruyant côté rue (merci à mes boules quiès).

Boa estadia, mas com alguns pontos a melhorar.

O B&B fica em um conjunto de prédios, com difícil localização na chegada por não ter uma placa ou aviso, o que pode deixar o viajante confuso. O nome do mesmo escrito nas campainhas do prédio quase não se enxerga. O apartamento fica fora do centro histórico mas o bairro é bom e tem metro relativamente perto. O apartamento é muito bom. Bem montado com cozinha e uma sala de estar. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. Boa internet. Banheiro bom e estava limpo na chegada, contudo, não há arrumação durante a estadia. Ficamos 4 dias e senti falta disso. O café da manhã também é um ponto a melhorar, pois é bem modesto. Fica à disposição um suco de caixinha, café, leite, cereal e pão de forma com manteiga. Nos mesmos que preparamos. Uma pessoa vai no final da manhã para limpar a cozinha e repor esses itens pro dia seguinte. Ficaria novamente já que o preço foi convidativo e que o quarto é muito bom, mas espero que melhorem os itens citados.

Des kms de marche à pied pour flâner de quartier en quartier, découvrir sculptures, peintures, fontaines, ainsi que les cites tels que le Vatican, le Parthénon, le colisée... Déception au niveau des restaurants qui n'ont pas grand chose à proposer sinon des pates et des pizzas. Une semaine agréable.
