The hotel shows very well in the Hotels.com pictures although is not nearly as posh as shown. The website fails to mention that the entire spa and all services are not available after Sept. 30th. The bathroom in my standard room was tiny and poorly designed, very inconvenient. The room did have a lovely balcony which was great for drying clothes although noisy because the hotel is adjacent to a busy street.

Room was basic, but comfortable for the night as it is close to Fiumicino. The part about the spa and all the photos of people enjoying massage are misleading. No fitness room either.

The best thing about this hotel was the front desk staff and the shuttle driver. They were so helpful and do credit to their job. The hotel is in pretty poor shape and clearly different than advertised and even the pictures!! Very run down, in a strange and difficult to get to location. As a solo female traveller I felt very unsafe trying to use transport to get here after the train. In fact I stood for an hour at a bus stop and when I contacted the hotel I was told the shuttle bus they advertised was busy and unable to get me. Pre booked apparently. In the end I managed to get a bus, right as it was turning to dusk. The shuttle was great to get to the airport but expensive at €35. My room was clean and a great mattress, but would NEVER book this place again, especially as solo traveller

Disgrace!

Room and hotel was nothing like photos, or at least there was a great deal of photoshop used in the photos to make it look as it appears online. Rooms smelt like cheap disinfectant, toilet didn’t work, power would not turn on. Asked for a refund as the place was worse than a motel, but cost over $350 for a night. They refused, despite not fixing the room, and so we left and stayed at the Hilton at the airport.. Put it this way, I preferred to throw that money in the bin, pay another $600 to stay at the airport, then spend a night at this place. Should be removed from hotels offerings. Don’t stay unless it’s basically free!!

Great Hotel and very close to the LdV Airport!

This hotel was awesome! I arrived much later than expected and I was warmly greeted by the front desk! The gentleman at the front desk offered to take my bags to my room for me! So very thoughtful! The Lobby was very clean, as was my room. I was so hot because of the temperature in Rome. I wished that the Pool was open upon my arrival. When I entered my room, it was so very cool, that I no longer needed the pool! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone!

only stayed a night waiting from my fly out of Fiumicino; choose the hotel b/c the very reasonable cost (add to it the taxi from and back to the airport ~ 45 euros each way). The staff was extremely helpful and nice, that is what I liked the hotel most. Be aware : few options to eat near by but drinks/snacks at the hotel cafeteria were inexpensive

Pool was great front lobby and breakfast restaurant looked visually nice. The pictures of this property are very miss-leading. There’s really no Air Conditioning the first room they gave us was 30C/95F and no A/C the second room was on ground level and the best it got was 27C/88F but rest assured they gave us a fan, this was the actual A/C. The ventilation system had black all around the ceiling and walls of the vent, either they’ve never cleaned ed the air filter or it’s full of mold. I’m guessing both. I would not recommend this property.

This property is very tired. The pool is great and the front entrance is remodelled as is the dining area. The hallways are very dim light many light not working making it dingy. The room we were given was 31 degrees when we entered. After 3 hours it at 30. We asked to switch rooms and they accommodated to a cooler room that got to 27 degrees at the lowest point. So basically there’s no air conditioning or very little cooling. Other than that it’s a typical European hotel nothing luxurious by any means but good enough for a night or two. They were friendly staff and accommodating.

We liked the room and the pool. For a reasonable fee, they also provided a shuttle to the airport. The person working at the front desk was very nice. The air conditioner in our room was not working well that evening, but they did provide us with a fan.
