Wonderful staff
Posted Jun. 18, 2023 on HotelsThe staff were wonderful. They arranged to ship a package home for us so I didn’t have to carry it as we continued in our travels. Waitstaff was fabulous

I usually love staying at this property but the noise from the construction of the new spa, the inattention of the staff at Pacifico ( the hotel's bar and restaurant) and the lack of cleanliness ( housekeeping) will make me rethink my options next time I come to Rome.
