The property is very nice but at this level , they should offer better alternatives for departures early to the airport like a continental breakfast since you paid for a full breakfast anyway , and the right price for transportation . The only person available at time of check out was not pleasant and helpless . Not a bar or alternative dining for afternoon hours . Everything is after 6pm .Spa facilites beautiful but this os it .

This shouldn't be a 5 stars hotel, it just doesnt have the infrastructure to be one it needs to be updated and refreshed AC didnt work to well, the bathroom door couldnt be opened all the way becausse it will hit the toilet, when you arrive you get to a big parking lot and nothing says how to get to the front desk to check in, then it was not parking available close to the hotel and then you had to roll your luggage over dirt to get to the frontdesk. I could keep going but the point is that this isnt a 5 start experience

The kind of elite quiet relaxation that you expect when traveling. Well managed, everyone is helpful, every event feels like they are overly pampering and it leaves a great impression. Will stay there again the next time im in Europe.

I've been here 4 times now. 1st time was pre-Covid and it was exceptional and all my friends recommended it to me. Then I brought my mother here and came back 2 more times with my husband. The spa facilities are still great but I don't care for the staff and service any longer. The website mentions that wine is available at Apertitivo. This year and last year it was just prosecco, beer & campari. That's ok but a bit odd not to offer wine---in Italy.

It has a connected spa. We had a fantastic meal at the restaurant which included white tablecloths and outstanding wine list. Service was outstanding. The grounds and the hotel felt historic and were. This place is a jewel! My wife likes a daily bath and tubs were hard to find in Italy, so the marble bathtub was a plus.

Great hotel / Spa destination. Unfortunately Spa is not only available for guests staying at the hotel. Too many guests (day pass). I felt like in Disney world with a towel rope. Hotel charges extras for using the Spa. It should be included with stay.

The spa rooms were a great way to relax before our international flight the next morning. We had a wonderful time and the food options were a great perk so we didn’t need to leave. The only downside was that the pools, lunch and aperitivo hour were overrun with people coming in with the day passes, this seems to be a consistent concern with other reviews.
