The apartment was just lovely and the host and hostess are very kind and available and accommodating. You found it just wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was roomy. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gerade bei der Verständigung mit Dritten. Es gab vorab sehr viele Infos über die Wohnung, die Beachtung der Regeln bezüglich Strom sparen, Mülltrennung, Lage und Verkehrsanbindung, usw. Alles TOP.Ein Punkt Abzug wegen der Wasserversorgung und der begrenzten Heizungsmöglichkeiten. Der Boden der FeWo war sehr kalt, kein kleiner Teppich drin, alles gefliest. Gerade im Winter, wenn es draußen 0-3C sind, freut man sich auf eine warme Wohnung und eine warme Dusche oder Badewanne. Das Wasser war viel zu kalt eingestellt, trotz Anmerkung und angeblicher "Neueinstellung" (und erst laufen lassen bis das warme Wasser im Bad ankommt, wurde es nicht besser. Eine warme Dusche (für 2-3 Personen) war nicht möglich. Nach 30 Sekunden war das Wasser kalt und wurde nicht mehr warm. Sehr schade. Alles andere war perfekt.
