The check-in process was relatively seamless for a remote check-in, and the host was very responsive. It was a great value for such a centrally located room right next to the Rome train station.

The room was beautiful and newly remodified. We had some issue with the AC and contacted the host. Even though it was 11:00pm he quickly came even and fixed the issue to our satisfaction. It is across the street from Termini Roma

Just okay

We booked this stay for its proximity to the train station for an early morning train, and it was literally across the street which was helpful. However if proximity to the station isn’t a need for you I probably wouldn’t recommend. Overall the area is not great and a good 20-30 min walk to the closest attractions. The “smart” key features were inconsistent and we had to end up calling to be remotely let in which wasn’t convenient (though the host was responsive!). My biggest issue was the cleanliness in the bathroom; the shower was rather moldy. One other thing was that our room was advertised as a triple with 2 beds and only had one. For our purposes it didn’t matter as it was only us, but if you’re traveling with more that may be an issue.

Highly recommend

It was a wonderful stay within close proximity to all kinds of restaurants and most importantly the main train station, it was easy to find, it’s important to have internet when arriving as the key is via link sent directly to your phone was easy to figure out and the host was also great with communication, comfortable bed and there is A/C and a mini fridge and a small safe in the room

역에서 가깝고 홉온홉 버스 정류장 바로 맞은 편이라 나이트 버스 이용이 편리했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 엘리베이터도 넓은 편입니다. 무인 체크인을 위해 많은 정보를 제공해야하는 것이 걱정스러웠지만 덕분에 가격이 저렴했기 때문에 만족합니다. 인터넷 링크를 이용해야 2개의 공동 입구 문을 열 수 있고 객실키는 비번이 걸린 상자 안에 보관되어 있어 무인체크인이 가능합니다.
