Posted Jun. 22, 2019 on HotelsWe had notified the hotel of our arrival time, which happened to be later in the evening. They proceeded to not show up after we waited over an hour and tried to contact them on the contact phone number. Have never contacted us back and has continued to withdraw the local taxes out of my bank account despite them failing to provide a service.

Clean, comfortable but finding it is problematic
Posted Jan. 27, 2019 on HotelsThe hotel is very close to the Rome Tiburna train station but if I had not found instructions on how to reach it I would never have found it or figured out how to get in. All of the b&bs in this area are the same and you need a phone to call the manager to come let you in. They dont speak English generally. Once you get to the room though it is very nice clean and comfortable.

Pros: the room
Cons: need to take the waste away
Location: Its near by metro so its easy to assess the attraction
I am happy expect the beak fast . When I book the place I been told we will get free breakfast,The day we went in there they gave us a packet of croissaunts and a one litre juice.then said this is our breakfast for four days for four of us. . waste was not emptied when we where there.

Room is clean and nice. Staff are helpful. Location is convenient, close to railway station. Good.
