Lovely welcome by Debbie. So cosy and comfortable. Very clean. Lounge and beautiful outside space. Enjoyed our breakfast. Would fully recommend.

Clean, lovely decor and peaceful, 5 min drive to beach front. Lovely field with sheep at the back.
Maybe a problem for people with mobility issues.

. Nice touches are the patio area by the canal and the honesty bar.
