Vendu sur expedia comme un 4 etoiles, l'état d'entretien de l'établissement se situe bien en deça ! Très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, d'autant plus que l'hôtel se situe à côté d'un parc d'attraction qui attire de nombreux enfants bruyants. Bon petit déjeuner.

Do take it to heart that the owners say there will be bar noise for awhile. We were quite jet-lagged so it didn’t stop the sleep but it was definitely noticeable that people were having a great time! Dinner was fabulous but do make reservations!

Loved it there, was so near and convenient for Paulton's Park, lovely food & service was good too. Wish there was a fridge in the room & air con, was difficult in the heatwave. A plus point would be to have a swing & slide for the children in the outdoor area.

Drain issue in shower and basin reported. Excellent dinner. 'steak Wednesday' = 1/2 price mains.

Lovely, but could do with a deep clean

Great hotel, could do with a deep clean though as floors in our room (10) were very dusty under furniture and throughout as my little boys socks were covered in dust. Other than that, great place to stay, lovely food/drink and very accomodating x
