Die Wohung ist schön groß, hell und liegt zentral. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Leider war die gesamte Wohnung nicht sehr sauber. Insbesondere die Küche, Arbeitsflächen, Herd und Kühlschrank waren nicht gereinigt. Das mitgebuchte Reinigungsset bestand u.a. aus den Resten des Spülmittels der Vorgänger. Das Bad bzw. die Dusche steht nach der Nutzung vollständig unter Wasser. Der Zustand selbst ist eher ungepflegt. Schade, denn mit entsprechender Pflege bzw. Sanierung wäre es eine sehr schöne Wohnung.
