We brought a soursop from the local market to the pool bar and Mariah was nice enough to make a delicious drink out of it for us. The coffee in the room was subpar. It was instant and the cream was powered. That was the only drawback.

it was walkable for shopping and restaurants. it has alot of steps to get to the pool. keeps you fit

The room doors were a bit difficult to double lock and you had to esure you pulled the door in hard to close.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the food was good however the costumer service was horrible, more so at the Palisade restaurant. Staff needs to be trained on how to speak to guests. They very unpleasant.
