Welcome to this charming townhouse tucked away at the back of a courtyard, with a private terrace overlooking a shared garden. It’s an ideal place for a family with two children, thanks to the two bedrooms upstairs.

Through the door of a beautiful Haussmann-style building, you’ll discover a lovely garden that invites rest and relaxation. At the heart of this peaceful haven, a charming little house awaits you, featuring a private terrace perfect for enjoying breakfast outside or dining in the sun.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a warm living area with a dining space, a lounge with a sofa bed, and an open, fully equipped modern kitchen including a Nespresso machine. There is also an elegant marble bathroom with a toilet.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers plenty of storage, while the children’s room is fitted with a bunk bed, perfect for younger guests.

The house stands out for its character and quality materials: polished concrete, a glass partition overlooking the garden, a custom kitchen, a marble bathroom with mosaic flooring, and original parquet floors upstairs.

For your comfort, bed and household linens are provided.
Please note that there is no private parking available. However, you can park in nearby streets according to local rates.

The property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 21:00. We kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation and respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
A security deposit will be requested via a secure link to finalize your booking and receive the access codes for the property.

The Vieux Marché district in Rouen is one of the city's most emblematic and historic areas, with its famous square, the church of Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc and the Halles with its covered market. The area is bustling with cafés, brasseries and restaurants serving a wide range of cuisine, from Norman specialities to international dishes. The terraces of these establishments offer pleasant views over the square and are ideal for relaxing.

The often colourful half-timbered buildings and cobbled streets give the area a medieval feel. The historic houses and well-preserved buildings immerse visitors in the history of Rouen. The Place du Vieux-Marché regularly hosts cultural events, markets and festivals. This makes it a lively and dynamic place all year round.

It's easy to get around Rouen from the Place du Vieux Marché!

1. Bus: Several bus routes pass near the Place du Vieux Marché.
Lines like the F2, F3, 6, and 7 can take you to various destinations in and around Rouen.

2. Metro: The Palais de Justice metro station is just a few minutes' walk from the Place du Vieux Marché. You can take line T1 or T2 from this station to other parts of the city.

3. Tram: Although the tram does not run directly through the Place du Vieux Marché, you can easily walk to one of the nearest tram stations, such as ‘Palais de Justice’.

The property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 21:00. All our guests receive bed and household linens, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper…), as well as a large towel per person, accompanied by kitchen towels and a bath mat for each bathroom. A welcome kit including kitchen and bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge upon arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience. However, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refresh, replenishment of essential items, or delivery services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the Home Rouen tourist guide, our recommendations with promotional codes from selected partners, and the check-in instructions for your accommodation.

Home Rouen also offers additional services upon request to make your stay as enjoyable as possible: baby equipment rental, luggage services, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, guided tours, event organization, and much more.

Check-ins are self-service for more flexibility and start from 4:00 PM. Check-outs must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest.

Parties are strictly prohibited: €250 will be withheld from the security deposit
No smoking: €50 will be withheld from the security deposit
Pets are not allowed: €50 will be withheld from the security deposit
Failure to follow check-out instructions (windows left open, trash not taken out, dishes not cleaned, keys not returned, etc.): €50 will be withheld from the security deposit

Any damages will be charged at the full replacement value.
