The first night was extremely noisy from loud music overhead until about 1:30a.m. The second night the noise came from the room next door until about 9:00p.m. (acceptable).
The towels were freshened on the 2nd day, but new cups were not provided (no tea for me) . I would have used one of the old cups except some type of winged bug was crawling in it.

I had very loud people above me who were blasting music and jumping on the floor one night until 1:30am which shook everything in my room. Every night that I was there they blasted music until around midnight which was difficult to listen to.
I stayed for 5 days and beds weren't changed at all. Room did have fridge that worked well which was great.

Breakfast was almost nothing.
