Ok hotel for one night stay!
Posted Feb. 11, 2024 on HotelsBooked the larger room (duplex type). Cleaning was not done. Difficult to heat the room. Breakfast (although a la carte) was very good.
No parking underground. Parking directly in the street.

Good location in downtown Ruse. Nice, we’ll-furnished and clean rooms. The staff was generally helpful and courteous. However, the property is aging and not as well maintained as I had hoped. In the height of summer, the air conditioning was not adjustable and the room was hot. Lastly, there was no dedicated parking, despite the hotel advertising “parking included” in the reservation.

The hotel is in a great location on the back of the main walking strip in Russe - Aleksanrovska Blvd and across the street from a small well manicured park with a kids playground and plenty of benches one can sit and enjoy the beautiful greenery and flowers. The suites are a good size with living room, separate bedroom in the loft space and 2 bathrooms.
The air conditioning in the rooms worked well but the common areas of the hotel were not air conditioned and felt stuffy.
The breakfast buffet was OK - limited fruit options, some cold cuts and a couple of hot foods- scrambled eggs, bacon and something else. My daughter enjoyed the French toast but it was only available on 1 of the 3 mornings we were there.

It is a very lovely place to stay. I only stay for two days . The personnel is very nice . I want to thanks to the very nice lady from the reception who found my car key that I have lost in front of the hotel.
