The Motel room was extremely dusty and my son ended up being ill so we departed in the middle of the night as no-one could sleep and he kept sneezing and coughing. His face was swollen and eyes sore.
We were also rushed to get there as the Managers were going out and wanted to close up early. The rang on the way wanting to know when we would arrive. I felt that the reception was not very friendly and wanted the money quickly, no regard to customer service or care just pay up, remember your key so you don't inconvenience us and that was it. Not very welcoming. Too me it was a waste of money and I will think twice about staying there again

Sorry but we refute that the room was extremely dusty - the room was cleaned and sanitized that morning after the previous guest departed - my husband is very thorough and had a cleaning business before we took over motel 3 years ago - we have had no complaints and have only great reviews about cleanliness of rooms and service - 4-5/5. We did ring to see when you were arriving as no arrival time was stated on booking and all other guests had arrived - sorry if you felt rushed on arrival. We do not normally close early on Saturday but we had extended family arriving from interstate and we had not seen them since moving to Victoria. We have had to return to motel when guests have locked their keys in their rooms and this happened the previous night though we were open as usual business hours. On checking cameras - we can see someone in front of reception early in morning though night bell was not used to contact us. Hope your son is recovering and feeling better. This could have been dealt with by contacting us. We enjoy and take pride in our business and meeting guests and hope to see you again in future - Kerry and Greg.

We stayed overnight on the way up to Sydney. The rooms were lovely and clean and close to all the shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend
