Uniquely furnished, detached 5-bedroom house situated immediately opposite the dunes at Camber Sands.

Exceptionally large enclosed plot with different areas laid with sandstone, decking and lawn featuring Hot Tub, outdoor kitchen and children’s play area to the rear.

Private parking for 4-6 cars at the front.

Five beautifully appointed bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements to suit guest requirements.

THE SPACE
Refurbished with antique furniture & art with a nautical influence and patinated metal panels and accents.

The art is provided by a noted artist and antique furniture and lighting sourced from markets and ship breaking yards.

KITCHEN
New & fully-equipped, finished in patinated copper & brass. Good quality kitchen appliances and utensils. Coffee pod machine with separate milk frothing device. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Portable bluetooth enabled speaker.

LIVING ROOM
Beautiful living room with large and elegant tear-drop style French Invicta wood burning stove, expansive comfy corner sofa & TV with Netflix for cosy evenings in. Dining area with stunning Indian seating for ten.

PLAYROOM
Separate playroom with TV, PlayStation and toys, books and games for kids of all ages.

OUTSIDE
Large rear garden featuring high spec Hot Tub, decked dining area with seating for 10.

Indian sandstone patio with pizza oven, outdoor kitchen, bar, 2x BBQ's, fire pit, hammock, various seating areas and children’s play area to the rear.

Vast lawned area with a mini-orchard of fruit trees and bamboo.

A pirate ship climbing frame suitable for children.

Childrens dining table and chairs and other outdoor toys provided.

Parking for 4-6 cars in enclosed driveway located at the front of the property.

Three bathrooms in total comprising of two shower rooms and one ensuite bathroom.
Supersoft cotton towels provided to each guest for their stay.

The bedrooms are furnished in hypoallergenic bedding with high-quality 100% natural linen Egyptian cotton bed linen.

The house and grounds have been designed for the comfort and pleasure of guests and are maintained professionally for that sole purpose.

Guests will have sole access to the entire property.

Other things to note
The house will be cleaned in accordance with relevant government guidance re Covid-19.

The hot tub is emptied, cleaned and the water is replaced and dosed with sanitary chemicals before each and every party of guests arrive.

For reasons beyond the hosts control (such as faults occurring or cleaning staff being unavail) on occasion the hot tub may not be available for use at all during a guests stay. If this happens then guest will be refunded ÂŁ75 by the host.

Great host and property!Great location close to beach. Limited cafe/supermarket options close by but very close to Rye with plenty of options. Little problem with the back deck being rotten and a foot going through it but a very sympathetic owner and sorted quickly.

Beautiful house, very comfortable and great layout. The kitchen, with a small breakfast bar is at the hub, which worked well for the family. Lots of space within the house and a huge garden to enjoy. Great location, close to Harry’s and the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch.The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and it was clear they truly care about their guests’ comfort.

Unfortunately, there was a leak under the wash hand basin so the toilet rolls were mouldy. The high chair and toys needed a good clean. The decking was in an unsafe condition as parts of it were collapsing (the joists below were rotted out). We asked about an old theatrical light, which has potential asbestos in it, but got no reply from the host, whether it has been tested or not.

Excellent location, close to everything within Camber.

We arrived at the property and were suitably impressed with the layout, room sizes and garden which was utilised to the fullest. The appliances and facilities within the house suited our every requirement and the hot tub was enjoyed! Camber itself, doesn't have extensive facilities, but we knew that before we arrived. However, the proximity to the pub (The Owl) and the beach was first class. We had one small issue (minor leak), but in contacting Neil, it was dealt with almost immediately. Overall, a pleasant stay and ideal for families and friends.

Beautiful house right next to the beach

We’ve returned form a fantastic weeks stay at Kinara. This property has a lovely large garden & we managed to spend most of our time in it during the heat wave. Just a stones throw from the sea too which was a plus. It had everything we needed, the only let down was there’s no stand alone freezer in the kitchen. It just has 2 small freezer boxes in the 2 under counter fridges. But this was the only issue we had. Neil was very helpful during our stay, we had run out of testing strips & granules for the hot tub & he came round later that day to provide us with more. All in all we had a fantastic week and would definitely recommend Kinara, the house was beautiful.

Quirky Beach House

The highlight of this house is definitely the huge garden, outdoor kitchen/bar area and patio with hot tub. Plus the location is perfect right opposite the amazing sandy beach. Great for a family gathering by the beach

Easter family break 2022

We all had a wonderful time at this property. Lots of facilities, fabulous hot tub, fantastic location next to the beach. My only tiny negative is that there isn't much in Camber Sands, but Rye and Hastings are both beautiful.
